● 8年以上付费媒体、效果营销或增长营销经验——具有 B2B、SaaS、云计算、开发者工具或 AI/科技行业背景者优先。
● 在竞争激烈的市场中，具备成功操盘国际化付费广告、实现规模化增长并达成高投资回报率 (ROI) 的过往业绩。
● 精通以下广告与分析平台：
○ Google Ads（包括 Performance Max 效果大化广告、SA360）
○ LinkedIn Campaign Manager
○ Meta Ads Manager
○ 数据分析平台（GA4、Looker、Tableau）
○ 标签管理系统（GTM）及转化 API (Conversion API)
● 具备针对技术型买家（如开发者、工程师、数据科学家）进行精准受众定向的实战经验。
● 具备扎实的数据处理能力，能熟练驾驭 SQL、Excel 及 A/B 测试分析。
● 具备出色的沟通表达与跨部门协同能力。
● 市场营销、商业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。

    ○ Tag management (GTM) and conversion APIs
● Experience with audience targeting for technical buyers (developers, engineers, data scientists).
● Data fluency: comfortable with SQL, Excel, and A/B test analysis.
