任职要求 【中文】
● 8年以上 B2B 需求生成（Demand Generation）、增长营销或效果营销经验——具有云计算、SaaS 或企业级科技行业背景者优先。
● 具备在国际市场（EMEA、亚太、美洲及非洲）实现获客业务规模化增长的成功操盘经验。
● 对云基础设施、AI/ML 服务或开发者生态有深刻理解，具备相关技术认知者加分。
● 极致的数据驱动思维（Data-obsessed）：能熟练开展 A/B 测试、解读模型输出结果，并将数据洞察转化为切实可行的落地动作。
● 中英文双语精通。具备出色的沟通能力，能够有效影响并协同跨部门利益相关者（Stakeholders）。
● 市场营销、计算机科学、商业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。


Qualifications [English] 
● 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing—preferably in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
● Proven track record scaling acquisition in international markets (EMEA, APAC, or Americas and Africa).
● Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML services, or developer ecosystems is a plus.
● Data-obsessed mindset: comfortable running A/B tests, interpreting model outputs, and translating insights into action.
● Bilingual in English and Chinese. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
