任职要求 1. 计算机相关方向，基础理论扎实，如高等数学，数据结构，算法，操作系统，软件工程，体系结构，编译原理等。ACM等计算机相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑。 2. 熟练掌握C++、Golang 编程语言及其技术栈。具备良好的软件工程研发素质、极限编程以及敏捷开发经验者优先。 3. 具备强烈的技术好奇心，专注网关（Nginx/Higress/APISix/Kong）、服务网格（Envoy）等领域至少3年。有维护或者研发生产级高可用分布式系统者优先考虑。 4. 有专注 Agent 平台 或者 Agent Infra 某个方向经验，如Agent开发框架和组件（Langchain / ADK / AgentScope / Dify等），通用Agent（Claude Code / OpenClaw / Hermes Agent / …
