任职要求
1、JAVA基础扎实，包括JVM、IO、多线程、并发、网络等，深刻理解面向对象、设计模式等相关技术； 2、熟悉Spring Boot等Web 框架、熟悉应用架构设计的方法； 2、熟悉AI Agent的构建、 RAG相关的技术， 对AI相关的技术发展有一定敏感度； 3、具有良好的逻辑思维、表达和沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，有较强的承受压力的能力，责任心强，敢担当； 4、有探索精神，遇到问题有研究的热情和快速学习的能力。
工作职责
参与瓴羊Dataphin产品的研发。 瓴羊是阿里巴巴全资子公司，主营数据要素服务。瓴羊提供一整套数字化产品和服务，涵盖数据生产、数据消费以及数据流通等三大环节。帮助企业有效利用数据资源，促进数据与企业实际运营的深度融合，赋能企业增长和数字化转型。Dataphin 是瓴羊数据生产环节中代表性的产品，为企业提供数据建设、治理、运营、消费的Data x AI全链路服务，深度适配湖仓一体架构，灵活兼容多云复杂环境，助力企业高效构建标准化数据资产体系，加速释放数据价值。
