任职要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，在互联网企业或传统企业数据仓库和报表开发等相关工作； 2.熟悉数据仓库模型设计与ETL开发经验 ，掌握Kimball的维度建模设计方法，具备海量数据加工处理相关经验； 3.具备良好的SQL开发和数据优化的能力，并熟练使用大数据平台，包括但不限于ODPS、Flink、Hadoop、Spark等。 4.对数据挖掘和机器学习有所了解，包括常用的机器学习算法和数据建模过程的优先，有企业级数据智能应用场景实践的优先。 5.具备较强的快速学习能力和自我驱动力，具备数据质量和安全意识，对代码有敬畏心； 6.良好的沟通技能与团队合作能力； 7.有AI相关工作经验优先。
工作职责
1、熟悉人力资源域业务流程，识别关键业务过程，可以独立完成数据仓库中某个模块公共层的模型设计&开发。 2、承接人力资源域业务数据需求，按需完成数据开发及报表配置，交付给业务使用。 3、掌握数据开发使用的工具和规范，做好数据质量、数据安全的保障。
