任职要求
• 从事模型服务研发或者后端业务开发，对linux、Python熟悉，有3年以上的工作经验； • 开发语言：以Python为主，扎实的Python编程能力，熟悉io、多线程等基础框架，熟悉各种语法。或者熟练JAVA的情况下了解Python语法。 • 主流框架与技术：熟练使用fastapi/flask等服务，了解vllm、sglang者优先（不强求）。或者对Spring等JAVA框架熟练的情况下，了解Python服务框架。 • 设计模式：掌握常用设计模式。 • 系统设计：具备一定的系统设计能力，能够理解复杂度适中的业务需求和技术需求的关联性 • 项目管理：理解团队分工依赖，具备跨模块/子任务的协同开发能力 • 项目执行力：确定项目目标和范围，拟定项目计划，监控项目进度和质量 • 业务理解：理解基本业务场景、术语，能将业务需求转化为技术功能模块 • 系统功能设计：能够根据业务场景设计系统，优化性能 • 技术问题处理：能够及时处理线上常见的技术问题和客户工单并给出有效反馈，具备一定的提前风险评估能力 • 提前识别并监测关键系统风险，保障线上系统的稳定性和质量 • DevOps经验：有一定的DevOps经验，能快速定位并解决线上问题 • 容器化技术：了解k8s/docker等容器化技术
工作职责
1. 可以深度参与大模型场景。支持阿里巴巴通义千问/万相模型、阿里云百炼大模型平台的功能需求，包括API、agent等内容的研发 2. 跟进行业最新技术，结合开源社区成果，解决具体场景问题，甚至可能直接参与到大模型开源社区的建设 3. 涉及相关业务功能的开发，包括服务架构、日志、性能、配置等内容 4. 海量请求下的系统维护和改进
