任职要求
1. Legal qualification from US jurisdiction. PRC qualification also helpful but not required.
2. 3-5 years post-qualification experience at a law firm and/or corporation.
3. Technology sector experience or technology education background would be a plus.
4. Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in English. Knowledge of other languages helpful but not required.

1. Advise on legal aspects of Alibaba Cloud’s international expansion, key focus is on ensuring compliance and leading compliance projects as well as commercial contract and negotiation support for North and South America region. 2. Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of new business models and strategies, business operations and marketing activities. 3. Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements. 4. Research local laws and regulations and manage outside counsel. 1. 为阿里云国际业务拓展提供法律支持，重点确保合规性并主导合规项目，同时为北美和南美地区商业合同及谈判提供法律支持。 2. 针对新业务模式、战略规划、运营及市场活动，向业务团队提供法律建议。 3. 参与谈判，起草并审核合同及商业协议。 4. 研究当地法律法规，管理外部法律顾问资源。
1、支持Alibaba.com 电商平台下的物流业务，支付以及金融业务在境内外的发展，包括业务模式设计、日常法律咨询、合同审核与谈判以及应急处理。 2、协助评估在海外开展新业务的法律风险以及解决方案。 3、支持相关法律领域的法律/监管/案例等的跟踪研究，负责境外法律新法的落地。 4、基于Alibaba.com海外业务布局，提前规划和储备法务合规支持能力。
1. 负责云及AI业务海外数据及隐私合规政策、制度、流程等体系化建设工作； 2. 对涉及个人信息处理的产品、业务模式及经营活动开展提供海外数据合规及隐私保护法律意见； 3. 密切追踪及研究海外相关法域个人信息保护、数据安全等相关法律法规的立法动态及司法、执法态势变化；精准解读，并结合业务场景及时提供前瞻性可落地的法律建议。
