【岗位要求】： 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子信息或软件等相关专业，有NLP/多模态/机器学习相关经验的其他专业背景亦可； 2. 熟练使用Python和C/C++，掌握PyTorch， Tensorflow等深度学习框架之一； 3. 具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，在工作中敢于突破与创新，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情； 4. 有大语言模型 (如类ChatGPT/GPT-4)训练以及应用开发（如知识库、数据库调用、代码生成）经验者优先； 5. 在国际顶尖期刊或会议（如ACL, EMNLP， NACCL，NeurIPS等）发表过论文, 知名NLP比赛中有优异表现, 能利用AI加速代码开发等优先；
