1. 统招本科学历，计算机或相关理工科专业； 2. 精通C/C++编程，熟悉Python，有良好的编码习惯； 3. 熟练掌握Caffe/TensorFlow/Pytorch等至少一种深度学习框架，有深度学习模型量化部署经验； 4. 有AI芯片适配与实际项目开发经验，有CPU、内存、系统性能优化经验； 5. 态度积极，学习能力强，有团队协作精神，能承受压力； 加分项： 1. 熟悉高通、MTK、Nvidia等主流车载SoC平台，熟悉主流推理引擎与量化流程； 2. 熟悉主流性能分析与调优工具，有丰富的调试技能；
