计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业在读学生， 1.熟悉Python/Go/Java/C++等语言，有实际项目经验者优先。 2.熟悉常见的数据结构和算法，能够编写高效的代码。 3.专业的英语能力（书面和口语）。 关注开发者的生产力。 熟练使用VSCode、Linux和Github Copilot进行日常开发。 4.抗压能力强，学习能力强，能够快速掌握新技术，具有较强的责任心和进取心，能够主动解决问题。 加分项： 1.开发过AI应用。
工作职责
1.参与 各类 AI 产品的开发和优化。 2.参与探索性AI项目的POC。 3.快速应用系统编程语言（Golang/Rust/C/C++）来开发各种提高开发者生产力的工具。 4.参与代码审查，分享开发经验，提升团队整体技术水平。
