任职要求
计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业,本科及以上学历; 扎实的后端开发能力,熟练掌握至少一种开发语言(如 Python / Go / Java),具备良好的代码规范和系统设计能力; 熟悉常用数据库(如 MySQL、PostgreSQL)或搜索引擎(如 ElasticSearch、Milvus),具备数据库建模与调优能力; 熟悉 容器化部署(Docker),有 Kubernetes / 微服务 编排经验者优先; 有 AI 模型服务化经验或了解大模型原理者优先,包括推理优化、微调(Fine-tuning)、RAG、智能体(Agent)等方向; 有高并发/分布式系统开发经验、或具备 DevOps 工程经验者优先; 拥有良好的沟通协作能力,热爱技术,具备主动学习和解决问题的能力。 加分项: 参与或主导过模型推理服务、AI中台、RAG搜索系统、Agent框架等相关系统的开发; 有工程化最佳实践经验,如CI/CD、服务灰度发布、Prometheus/Grafana等监控体系;
工作职责
负责大模型应用系统的后端架构设计与开发,保障系统的高可用性、稳定性及可扩展性; 参与智能体(Agent)和垂直领域大模型应用的服务端研发,持续优化业务落地效果; 负责后端服务模块开发,包括接口设计、服务拆分、数据库建模等核心工作; 参与国产化大模型的系统适配与框架设计,提升服务的通用性与兼容能力; 协同算法、前端、测试等团队,确保系统按计划稳定上线,并解决客户现场技术问题; 持续关注大模型和工程技术的发展趋势,结合业务需求推进服务端架构和性能的优化。
