工作职责

Project Planning & Initiation 
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements 
and company strategy. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget 
forecasting. 
Project Execution & Delivery 
• Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. 
• Coordinate internal teams (solution architects, developers, QA, support) and external vendors as 
needed. 
• Monitor and control project progress using tools such as MS Project, or similar. 
Client & Stakeholder Management 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Facilitate regular project updates, status meetings, and presentations. 
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts or roadblocks effectively. 
Post-Project Activities 
• Conduct project close-out and post-implementation reviews. 
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management 
processes.
