工作职责
1. AI应用设计，负责基于大模型的AI应用流程设计； 2. 算法效果优化，负责项目中AI能力效果调优，包括提示词工程、RAG检索策略优化，Agent工程化优化，信息抽取与文本分析效果优化和ASR识别结果优化等，通过数据分析和实验不断提升系统效果与稳定性； 3. 算法工程化落地，与开发团队协作完成AI能力工程化，包括：模型服务部署、推理接口设计等
