工作职责
1. 参与自动驾驶场景挖掘算子的开发，运用数据挖掘与机器学习算法，从海量人驾与路测数据中自动挖掘高价值场景，支撑端到端模型训练与算法评测； 2. 深度参与模型训练全流程，构建并维护训练评测数据集，根据模型性能表现与场景需求持续迭代优化挖掘算法与流程； 3. 跟踪调研业内先进的数据驱动方法（如视频理解、多模态大模型等），探索并将其应用于数据闭环系统中； 4. 参与数据挖掘整体架构的设计与优化，负责挖掘算子在云端平台的部署上线，高效处理车端回传的大规模数据。
