任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业优先； 2. 具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一种主流开发语言，如 Python、Java、Go 等； 3. 熟悉数据结构、数据库、接口开发、网络通信、操作系统等计算机基础知识； 4. 对大模型、RAG、Agent、Prompt Engineering、工具调用、多轮对话等方向有浓厚兴趣； 5. 具备良好的工程实现能力，能够将技术方案转化为可运行、可维护、可复用的系统能力； 6. 具备较强的问题分析能力和学习能力，能够快速理解新技术、新框架和实际业务场景； 7. 具备良好的沟通协作意识，能够与产品、算法、前端、交付等多角色团队高效配合； 8. 对 AI Coding、AI Native 软件开发方式有兴趣，愿意使用 AI 工具提升研发效率。 加分项 1. 有 RAG、Agen…
