工作描述
任职要求 1、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、对通用人工智能和基础模型长期发展有强烈兴趣，具备优秀的学习能力、工程意识、团队协作能力和结果导向； 3、具备较强的 AI-Native 研发工具链使用和实验能力。具备良好的论文阅读、问题抽象和实验分析能力，能够将前沿研究转化为可验证的算法方案和工程实现； 4、 具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理或计算机视觉基础，熟悉 Transformer、MoE、Attention、RL、Diffusion、多模态对齐等基础方法者优先； 5、熟悉大语言模型或多模态大模型研发流程中的至少一个环节：预训练、后训练、对齐、数据构建、模型评测、…
