任职要求 1. 基础素质 • 计算机、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有扎实的编程功底。 • 精通 Python，熟悉异步编程、API开发（FastAPI/Flask）。 2. LLM应用开发经验 • 深入理解Transformer原理及LLM局限性。 • 熟练掌握至少一种主流Agent/LLM开发框架，如 LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen 等。 • 熟悉 向量数据库（Milvus, Pinecone, Chroma等）及 RAG（检索增强生成） 技术栈。 3. 工程能力 • 有实际的Function Calling / Tool Use 开发经验，能够定义清晰的工具Schema并处理模型幻觉。 • 熟悉Docker容器化部署，有云原生开发经验者优先。 4. 解决问题能力 • 对新技术有极强的好奇心（如经常阅读Arxiv论文），能够快速复现Paper中的Agent设计思路（如Generative Agents, BabyAGI等）。 加分项 (Preferred…
