任职要求
1. 计算机科学、机器学习、数据科学或相关领域的硕士及以上学历； 2. 熟练掌握golang、python中至少一种开发语言； 3. 熟悉linux操作系统，具有较强的问题定位能力； 4. 了解常用的数据结构和算法模型，了解 LLM/VLM/VLA 等AI模型的训练和微调方法； 5. 了解使用 PyTorch，JAX，TensorFlow 等AI训练框架； 6. 了解 Kubernetes工作原理，了解K8s各个组件的工作原理； 7. 工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，善于沟通协调。
工作职责
1. 理解复杂的业务挑战，参与语言、视觉及多模态算法模型的训练和数据处理； 2. 搭建用于训练各种大模型，处理大模型数据的基础平台； 3. 为整个公司的AI模型训练，数据处理研发底座，提供基础设施支持； 4. 将业界最先进的研究成果转化为实际生产项目，指导AI数据闭环流水线的建设。
