任职要求
1.具有应用数学、计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习、电子信息、机器人等相关领域的硕士或博士学位,或在上述领域有同等工作经验。 2.优先考虑有训练多模态大模型解决复杂问题或具备强化学习实践经验的候选人。 3.有自动驾驶或机器人领域的工程经验者优先,特别是在感知、预测、规划控制等方面。 4.需精通数据结构、算法设计、并行编程、代码优化和大规模数据处理,对C/C++或Python中的一种有深入掌握,参与过ACM竞赛的应聘者加分。 5.拥有计算机视觉及模式识别领域顶级会议(如CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ICML、NeurIPS)或顶级期刊(如TPAMI、IJCV、TIP)论文发表者优先。亦优先考虑有顶级学术比赛成绩或实际工程项目经验者。
工作职责
1.负责研发和落实理想汽车下一代自动驾驶端到端VLA大模型算法,确保在车载和云端平台的成功部署。 2.专注于端到端大模型自动驾驶系统的算法开发和优化,包括但不限于端到端模型、多模态大模型等领域。 3.参与大规模自动驾驶数据集的处理、标注及管理,优化大模型以提升自动驾驶系统的性能。 4.持续关注并跟踪自动驾驶及人工智能领域的最新技术进展,进行技术调研及新技术的原型验证。
