任职要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年Java开发经验及以上； 2.扎实的Java基础，熟悉Spring/Spring Boot框架、MySQL和Redis，了解Kafka、ES等中间件的使用和分布式系统的设计与实现 3.了解主流的IoT平台架构和技术，对物联网通信协议和海外充电协议（如MQTT、OCPP、OCPI等）有实践经验优先； 4.具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立承担项目模块的设计与开发； 5.有良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，对技术充满热情，愿意不断学习和探索；有良好的英文阅读、沟通能力更佳。
工作职责
1.参与小鹏汽车充电平台(国内&海外)B/C端业务后端设计与开发工作，包括需求分析、系统设计、代码编写、单元测试及上线等全周期开发； 2.深入理解业务需求，与产品经理、前端工程师紧密合作，提供合理的技术解决方案； 3.在指导下完成系统设计技术文档，包括系统设计、流程图、时序图、ER图、接口文档等，确保技术文档符合规范； 4.参与后端系统的故障排查和定位，优化系统架构，提高系统性能、安全性和可扩展性； 5.积极参与技术研究和创新，拥抱AI，思考AI在业务中赋能；
