任职要求
1、基础技能 - 熟悉 Ubuntu/Debian 操作系统常用命令，能够使用 systemd、grep、awk、strace、tcpdump 等工具进行基础问题诊断； - 掌握 Python 语言，能够阅读和调试后端代码，了解常见的异常类型（如 KeyError、ImportError、数据库连接错误等）； - 熟悉 MongoDB 和 PostgreSQL 的基本操作（增删改查、索引、慢查询日志分析），能通过 explain 分析查询性能； - 了解前后端交互基本流程（HTTP协议、REST API、JSON解析等）； 2、经验要求 - 在校本科生/研究生，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业（大三、研一、研二优先）； - 有个人项目或课程项目经历，其中至少包…

1、功能开发，异常排查与修复 - 与团队成员一起，与需求方进行需求沟通，功能开发和上线； - 协助团队成员进行异常排查，疑难解答； 2、知识库建设 - 将每次故障的排查过程、关键命令、解决方案、预防建议整理为结构化文档，纳入团队知识库； - 与资深团队成员一起，构建基于AI模型的知识库，切切实实的解决采集业务问题； - 参与设计知识库的分类、标签和检索规范，推动形成可复用的“故障手册”与“最佳实践指南”；
