Qualifications
- Fresh graduates (Class of 2027) with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, International Trade, Data Analysis, or related fields are preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian, capable of using them as working languages.
- Highly organized and meticulous; able to break down complex tasks and set priorities, maintaining composure while managing multiple delivery workflows simultaneously to ensure accuracy at every stage.
- Problem-solving oriented; proactive in seeking solutions rather than waiting for instructions, and willing to voice dissenting opinions and actively follow up when schedules fall behind.
