工作描述
任职要求 任职要求 1. 2027 / 2028 届本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，硕士优先； 2. 熟练掌握 Python 或 C++ 中至少一门，两者兼备更佳，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础和良好的编码习惯； 3. 了解大模型应用开发的基本机制：Prompt 设计、Function Calling / 工具调用、结构化输出、上下文管理等，动手做过 Agent 类项目者优先； 4. 理解异步编程、事件驱动、多线程与进程间通信等基础概念，熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Git； 5. 逻辑清晰、学习能力强，乐于跨团队沟通，能在较长的调用链路中耐心定位问题。 加分项 1. 有 MCP、LangGraph、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK 或自研 Agent 框架的开发或深度使用经验； 2. 有状态机、行为树、DAG / 工作流等任务编排的实践经验； 3. 了解 …
