任职要求
1、熟练掌握以下任一方向常用算法均可：1）自然语言处理、2）计算机视觉、3）搜广推、 4)智能语音处理 2、有扎实的机器学习实践经验，熟悉一种主流的机器学习框架（Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet等）； 3、具备良好的学习能力和创新意识，能够跟进领域内最新技术研究成果，并结合应用场景快速实验和调优； 4、积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队合作和沟通能力； 5、有大模型预训练相关知名学术工作、开源项目、国际竞赛成果者优先； 6、熟悉deepspeed、ColossalAI或megatron等大模型训练框架，对大规模预训练模型有深入实践者优先。
工作职责
1、参与LLM/语音/图像相关的大模型在数字座舱场景下的研发，包括模型的设计、训练和优化； 2、大模型相关上线工作，解决大模型业务落地的相关技术障碍，支撑各种落地应用包括但不限于openQA应用，相关QA应用，任务型pipeline分模块应用，端到端对话系统应用等。
