工作职责
课题介绍 当前企业面临系统孤岛、AI 无法自主执行、能力无法复用三大挑战。NIO Skyworks 对标微软 Fabric 和 Palantir 构建企业 AI 操作系统,本课题旨在打造平台“大脑”——Autonomy Operating System,实现感知-决策-执行-进化的完整闭环。 四大核心方向: 方向一:自主决策引擎 - 多源信息融合、因果推断与反事实推理、多目标优化、不确定性量化。适合决策智能/因果推理/优化算法方向。 方向二:多 Agent 协同编排 - 任务分解与规划、Agent 能力匹配、动态编排与容错、跨系统协同。适合多 Agent 系统/LLM Agent/任务规划方向。 方向三:企业状态感知 - 异常检测、时间序列预测、图网络分析、多模态融合。适合时间序列/异常检测/图神经网络方向。 方向四:自主学习进化 - 反馈循环设计、在线学习、知识沉淀、A/B 测试。适合强化学习/在线学习/知识工程方向。 预期产出 技术产出(优先级 P0): - 核心模块开发:自主决策引擎原型、多 Agent 编排引擎原型、状态感知系统原型 - 技术文档:Autonomy OS 架构设计文档、核心算法技术报告、API 文档和使用指南 业务产出(优先级 P1): - 场景验证:在 1-2 个真实业务场景(供应链风险预警/用户运营优化/智能制造决策)中验证系统能力 - 平台集成:将核心模块集成到 Skyworks 平台(AgentSight/KnowledgeSight),支持业务团队使用
