课题介绍 当前企业面临系统孤岛、AI 无法自主执行、能力无法复用三大挑战。NIO Skyworks 对标微软 Fabric 和 Palantir 构建企业 AI 操作系统,本课题旨在打造平台“大脑”——Autonomy Operating System,实现感知-决策-执行-进化的完整闭环。 四大核心方向: 方向一:自主决策引擎 - 多源信息融合、因果推断与反事实推理、多目标优化、不确定性量化。适合决策智能/因果推理/优化算法方向。 方向二:多 Agent 协同编排 - 任务分解与规划、Agent 能力匹配、动态编排与容错、跨系统协同。适合多 Agent 系统/LLM Agent/任务规划方向。 方向三:企业状态感知 - 异常检测、时间序列预测、图网络分析、多模态融合。适合时间序列/异常检测/图神经网络方向。 方向四:自主学习进化 - 反馈循环设计、在线学习、知识沉淀、A/B 测试。适合强化学习/在线学习/知识工程方向。 预期产出 技术产出(优先级 P0): - 核心模块开发:自主决策引擎原型、多 Agent 编排引擎原型、状态感知系统原型 - 技术文档:Autonomy OS 架构设计文档、核心算法技术报告、API 文档和使用指南 业务产出(优先级 P1): - 场景验证:在 1-2 个真实业务场景(供应链风险预警/用户运营优化/智能制造决策)中验证系统能力 - 平台集成:将核心模块集成到 Skyworks 平台(AgentSight/KnowledgeSight),支持业务团队使用
We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel responsible for the CEE region as part of the growing European Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. The position will be based in Warsaw, Poland. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi’s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone in a startup-like environment. This position will directly report to the Head of Legal Europe with dotted line to the local management. The offered Position is a great opportunity to manage the region with great autonomy and to contribute to Xiaomi’s expansion in the local market. The position will include the following tasks: • Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations • Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts • Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates • Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns • Communication with Regulatory Authorities • Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels • Support in promoting the Compliance Program • Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department • Liaise with the HQ Legal Team • Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department

Given the range of Xiaomi`s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone. This position will directly report to the Head of Xiaomi Middle East Legal & Compliance Team. The offered Position is a great opportunity to manage multiple countries with autonomy and be part of Xiaomi’s expansion in the region; The position will include the following tasks: - Legal advice and research on laws and regulations; - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of international contracts; - Draft and localize guidelines, policies and templates; - Review of marketing material and marketing campaigns; - Communication with regulatory authorities and courtesy visits to relevant public stakeholders; - Analyze and monitor policies; - Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels; - Support in promoting the compliance program; - Liaise with the HQ legal team; - Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.
· Responsible for the exploration and implementation of intelligent agent algorithms for the smart cockpit at Li Auto, promoting their application in scenarios such as dialogue systems, decision-making control, and multi-task interaction, while continuously enhancing the user’s intelligent experience. · Explore the design of agent architectures driven by large models, including but not limited to task planning, memory management, tool invocation, multimodal perception, and reasoning. · Lead the research, development, and optimization of algorithms that combine large models with intelligent agents, optimizing the integration of large models with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, environmental simulators, etc., to enhance the autonomy and generalization ability of intelligent agents.
1. 总部及一线品牌金融中台及直营门店的桥梁 2. 负责对接汽车金融、银行等机构,负责合作项目的推进与管理 (例如:合作建立及管理) 3. 负责品牌金融合作机构的运营管理工作(例如:贴息费用结算/网站金融方案更新/监控汇总金融渗透率/金融机构服务效率管理等) 4. 负责对接销售及用户端需求,设计和制定金融促销方案及商务政策,定期进行迭代; 5. 负责对品牌金融业务数据报表的设计、数据整理、分析汇报 6. 与销售跨部门协同,支持区域金融业务运营(金融公告/门店金融业务销售培训/监控各门店金融渗透率/规范金融业务落地流程等) Responsibilites: Business Planning - Drive the financial services business planning and set business performance target (volume growth, penetration levels, commission income) with markets - Together with the markets, to develop action plans when required to recover financial services business performance (volume growth, penetration levels, commission income) Partnership relationship - Build and maintain strong relationships with Automotive Financial Services partners - Follow-up of all contract terminations and renewals with finance partners and take appropriate actions as contract renewal, contracts changes or Partner change - Manage and continuously optimize the service level of financial partners - Daily operations with financial services partners, such as: subvention & commission settlement, online calculator update, etc. Product & Pricing - Ensure a good understanding of all auto financial products (loan, ballon loan, finance lease, operational lease, subscription etc.) - Track up-to-date products in all financial cooperation agreements; Fill products and gaps where we exist. - Implement regular monitoring of competitiveness of financial products – price/content – in the markets - Design and iterate financial campaigns for finance services in accordance with sales strategies Store support - Track and manage financial service performance by stores - To support stores in achieving their business performance targets (volume growth, penetration levels, renewals, commission income), including regular visit, on-store training, etc.
