职位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上互联网工作经验； 2. 精通Golang语言，或精通Java接受转语言，熟悉python为加分项； 3. 熟悉常见后端基础组件的使用，如mongdb、mysql、redis、消息队列等； 4. 熟悉分布式环境下的软件设计开发，有高并发、高可用、微服务架构经验优先； 5. 有大型互联网广告平台研发背景或参与过广告投放RTB、RTA等组件之一的研发和维护 ； 加分项：对DSP、RTB、隐私计算等有较深入实践经验者优先。
