任职要求
1、理解Java常用设计模式并能够合理运用基本技术特性，如Java数据结构，多线程编程，Java IO等； 2、熟练使用1-2个Java常用框架和工具，如Spring MVC、Spring boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo、Mybatis等； 3、熟悉缓存Redis、Memcache/Couchbase,缓存设计和模式及其应用。 4、熟练使用MySQL等关系型数据库，了解数据库设计、优化和性能调优，具备一定的数据库编程经验； 5、有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，有较好的承压能力； 6、有责任心，有较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力； 7、有电商相关经验者，或大数量处理经验者，或有3高系统处理经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责电商业务产品的后端开发工作； 2、参与产品开发过程中的技术攻关及解决运行中出现的技术问题； 3、参与产品核心模块的代码编写； 4、参与产品疑难问题的分析和定位。
