任职要求
任职要求： 1，计算机或相关专业统招本科，5年以上软件研发经验； 2，扎实的golang基础，同时有C/C++开发经验者优先； 3，熟悉分布式系统原理及分布式业务系统设计，熟悉缓存、消息队列等机制； 4，有成熟的点播、直播转码服务研发及落地经验者优先； 5，了解常用的视频格式，如MP4/fMP4，TS，FLV等； 6，了解H.264，H.265，AAC编解码原理优先，能熟练使用FFMpeg； 7，有较强的项目推进和跨团队协作能力。
工作职责
岗位职责： 1，负责音视频后端转码系统的架构设计，开发及优化； 2，保障转码后台服务的稳定性及高可用性； 3，负责提供高质量的后台转码服务，同时关注转码系统质量的优化，包括但不限于机器成本，带宽成本，转码时效等；
