工作职责
1、负责权限中心、数据中心、消息中心、网关等基础服务的设计、开发与维护，确保服务的稳定性和可扩展性； 2、主动发现研发过程中的问题，推动团队效率和开发质量的提升，包括但不限引入新技术、研发新组件等，提升团队整体技术水平； 3、针对现有系统进行深入分析，定位性能瓶颈，优化系统的稳定性和性能，确保系统能够高效运行； 4、熟练掌握常见数据结构和设计模式，能够灵活应用于项目中，提升代码的可重用性与可维护性，协助解决核心技术问题，参与技术方案的选型与系统优化。
