1.全日制本科以上学历,至少5年以上工作经验,熟悉以上2个类目以上
2.具备较强的沟通协调能力,较强的系统思维能力。
3.具有互联网行业相关经验者优先;
4.熟悉采购招标流程、供应商管理流程…工作职责
1.熟悉互联网行业采购相关制度及流程体系,整合采购资源,沉淀和优化采购能力,包括业务流程的标准化、数据整合分析、服务共享和持续改进。 2. 根据采购需求制定采购策略和计划,能够独立推进招采全流程直至项目落地,具备PM思维 3. 能够独立完成月报年报等数据分析,持续改进和创新,提供数据驱动的决策支持,以适应市场变化和业务需求的演进。 4. 负责供应商的开发、寻源、评估和管理工作,并及时掌握该品类的市场行情和技术动态,以帮助制定合理的价格策略及财务预算; 5. 熟悉相关业务的成果交付、监督评审、财法合规性等 擅长以下类目,优先考量: 市场营销类:专业项目外包、媒体合作及投放、IP联名、市场调研咨询、公关传播、品牌&创意、用户运营服务、音乐版权、技术服务类等
1. 品类采购规划:主导咨询服务、公关服务、办公家具、办公室租赁、厨具等非生产性品类的需求收集与年度采购计划制定;2. 市场分析与谈判:根据年度采购计划,开展市场调研与供应商寻源,主导价格谈判、合同签订及条款优化;3. 合同执行管控:闭环管理合同执行过程中的争议与变更,识别履约风险并推动解决,保障采购交付的合规性与及时性;4. 供应商关系维护:建立并动态刷新供应商绩效评估体系,推动供应商持续改进,支撑业务长期稳定发展。

1、负责公司间接采购工作,包括但不限于:数据合规、量产合规云、Token、机器人相关、市场相关采购 2、根据业务部门需求,完成采购执行与管理,工作内容包括但不限于:需求确认、询比价/招投标、合同签署、下单/交付/验收等流程跟进 3、定期做供应商管理,筛选/寻源供应商满足业务部门需求/保证交付落地同时,做好供应商的定期绩效评估及关系维护 4、实时关注市场动态,供需情况,结合市场/供需关系/合作表现等制定采购策略 协助部门完善所负责品类的采购制度完善、内控流程与体系提升、提高采购合规性与效率 5、有较好的信息搜集及数据分析能力
The Role The Tesla Indirect Procurement team is looking to hire a skilled Supply Analyst to manage the Procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes and systems in order to streamline the operational buying of goods and services and to secure the compliancy with Tesla’s corporate governance. You work closely with the Global Supply Managers and Tactical Buying teams who are responsible for the procurement of their commodities. This person should have in-depth knowledge of the buying and financial processes, is an expert in data analysis, spend reporting and overall vendor related processes. A successful candidate will enjoy working in a superfast paced, dynamic work environment. Responsibilities • Supporting business planning and savings within budgetary milestones. • Ensuring that spend is under management and contract compliance. • Establishing measurement tools/metrics to monitor procurement progress • Implementing strategic agreements to consolidate suppliers/spend. • Lead the process of data collection and analyzes of spend data. • Provide analysis of existing requirements and pricing to ensure the most cost-effective options. • Develop solid understanding of cost drivers and contracts. • Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships; act as the lead point of contact for all commercial issues. • Review, analyze and clarify quote packages from suppliers. • Lead the negotiation with supplier and contract preparation.
