1. Act as a finance partner to your business team, by providing professional finance analysis and insight to support business development 2. Build accurate forecasts and budget, closely monitor business progress and lead regular financial reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly) 3. Regularly interact with senior leadership to provide performance analysis and improvement recommendation if necessary 4. Develop ad-hoc business case analysis and facilitate decision making 5. Collaborate with other finance modules or function teams on BAU operation and project
• Southeast Asia Credit Business Regional BU Finance: As a financial partner, provide comprehensive financial support to the regional business team, including annual budget support, product solutions and pricing discussions, risk resolution, financial accounting implementation, principal audit, etc. Go deep into the credit business line (such as product design, channel expansion), participate in business meetings and provide feasibility analysis from a financial perspective (such as ROI calculation, cost-benefit model) • Business and financial data foundation construction and maintenance: responsible for mining, construction, tracking and maintaining relevant risk data that affects financial results, establishing a data reporting system, and monitoring loan asset quality • Internal and cross-team collaboration and reporting: fully cooperate with the headquarters BU finance team and various financial functional teams, actively participate in daily operations and project work, and participate in daily collaborative projects and operations. Establish a good cooperative relationship with business, risk control, data, product and other teams to improve the efficiency of data channels;

Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide on-site and remote technical support for financial systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution. - Diagnose and resolve Java application, Redis caching, and MySQL database issues, including vulnerabilities and middleware challenges. - Lead containment and remediation efforts for security incidents (e.g., data breaches, unauthorized access). - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on critical incidents and implement preventive measures. System Maintenance & Optimization - Monitor system performance, review security logs, and conduct regular health checks. - Implement patches, vulnerability management processes, and system hardening for OS/database layers. - Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, fixes, and hotfixes in production environments. Client Communication & Requirements Handling - Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and Ant teams, ensuring security requirements are aligned with technical solutions. - Advise clients on secure system configuration aligned with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, PDPA). Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including incident playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and governance protocols. - Create client-facing materials on security best practices for credit data handling. Compliance & Collaboration - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and local credit industry requirements (e.g., PDPA, audit trails, access controls). - Conduct periodic security audits and coordinate penetration testing. - Partner with CybersecurityOps teams to implement intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
bettr is the digital lending business under Ant International, focused on providing inclusive financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in strategic markets through partners via embedded finance. By leveraging its innovation-led tech like AI and privacy-preserving computing to enable secure financing solutions, bettr enhances the accessibility and ease of financing, unlocking growth opportunities for MSMEs. Key Responsibilities: - Set up credit risk management framework (process and policy), build and maintain onboarding, assessment, ongoing monitoring and reporting of exposures for the entity. This also includes the usage of AI/ML and the incorporating of alternative data into such models. - Meet Thailand regulatory requirement proactively with risk-related procedures, processes and policies. - Collaborate across functions, including business, product, tech, legal and compliance, enable embedded financing, implement data-driven credit assessment in the various lending platforms / ecosystems that the entity will engage itself in. - Conduct both regular and ad-hoc portfolio analysis on post lending accounts to identify the associated credit risks, update policy, and improving decision engine timely. - Manage the model risks for all scorecards and models including validation and monitoring under Group Model Risk Framework. - Solicit and analyse market related information on the practice or trend of RETAIL and SME risk management, and make recommendations to Senior Management for procedural reviews. - Lead local credit risk team, and enable approver and collection experts to improve daily efficiency with data-driven insight.
