The role: The Treasury Manager - Bettr Liquidity Management is a key member of the business treasury team, looking after cash and liquidity management matters for the Bettr business. Key responsibilities: 1. Establish and improve liquidity management structures to support the Bettr business. 2. Manage cash flow forecast and ensure funding is provided to Bettr in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Drive negotiation of treasury contracts, in parcicular in relation to cash management, credit facility etc. 4. Overall manage available funding channels and costs for Bettr. 5. Ensure Bettr cash and liquidity are managed in line with A&I Treasury and internal control standards. 6. Drive digital transformation and automation of liquidity management processes and systems.

The role: The Bettr Fund Operations Manager is a key member of the business treasury team, looking after all fund operation matters for the Bettr business. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day fund settlements for Bettr, including loan disbursements and internal funds transfers. 2. Open and maintain account structure to support Bettr growth roadmap, including bank accounts, VA, third party payment accounts etc. 3. Execute system host-to-host connection between Bettr accounts and Treasury system. 4. Handle inquiries related to accounts, loan disbursements, repayments etc. 5. Ensure Bettr fund operations are managed in line with A&I Treasury and internal control standards. 6. Drive digital transformation and automation of Treasury operation processes and systems.

We are seeking for Java Software Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design solutions involving integration with multiple systems and services. 2. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission critical applications. 3. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code. 4. Perform code and test case review. 5. Implement processes, solutions or tools to improve software delivery and quality. 6. Able to adopt latest software development trends and industry best practices.

1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
