WorldFirst is part of Ant International, a fast-growing world leading Fintech company where you will learn about the most advanced payment & finance technology and have the opportunity to use technologies to help global consumers and merchants to explore the world more easily - Global SME merchant solution specialist to help drive SME business growth: we have a global telesales team who manages global small to medium sized clients (and we have on ground BD team to cover large sized clients), and the role we are hiring will work closely with global telesales team to understand client needs, draft solution requirements, work with product/ tech and other key functions to deliver solutions and draft GTM plan to launch solutions successfully - Global product content specialist to bridge product knowledge and compelling content creation: create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications, and support sales/marketing teams with product positioning content and competitive analysis
● Oversee operations of worldfirst.com to achieve bar-raising quality and consistency by working closely with UI/UX and technical teams to improve the visual presentation of the brand and website user experience. ● Set goals and KPIs for conversion that help meet broader website and acquisition team goals. ● Lead content and project management efforts for WorldFirst's official website to ensure smooth operations. And manage localization workflows for website content, ensuring timely and accurate translations, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity. Adapt website designs, layouts, and user interfaces to accommodate different languages and cultural preferences. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to plan, create, and modify content assets for the website. ● Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute and track the performance of initiatives.
1. • Understand the business and conduct business analysis by combining internal and external data to provide analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions • Design a business analysis evaluation system from the perspective of business model health, including KPIs and core process monitoring indicators, and complete all tracking and analysis. Provide objective and professional evaluations of business results and give suggestions and opinions for business development, and assist with implementation • Obtain market/industry/competitor information through various channels, establish and continually improve the analysis systems for market, industry trends, and competitor tracking. Analyze all aspects, from macro trends to micro individual strategies, core competencies, product features and experiences, users, marketing, etc. Identify opportunities and provide professional business suggestions, and assist with implementation
1. FX & Wealth Product Campaign Management a. Activity planning and execution of FX related campaigns, including online and offline promotions, customer engagement initiatives and market expansion projects. b. Campaign evaluation and optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and evaluate effective-ness of campaigns, optimize strategies based on data feedback to continuously enhance impact and conversion rates. 2. FX & Wealth Product Library Management and Training a. Update and optimize customer guides and internal training materials for FX & Wealth related products, ensure accuracy of such material. b. Improve front-line teams’ familiarity with FX & Wealth products through high-quality training. 3. Frontline Support and Collaboration a. Daily Q&A: Serve as core support for the front-line teams by addressing daily operational queries relating to client transactions and providing professional guidance on use of FX & Wealth related products. b. Sales process optimization: Collaborate closely with frontline teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer response times, ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end operations. 4. FX Risk Monitoring and Operation a. Monitor daily foreign exchange pricing and dealing alerts, monitor anomalies in quotes, trading behaviors, and market fluctuations. b. Risk handling and reporting: Promptly resolving and reporting of risk incidents to relevant stakeholders, assist in developing mitigation plans, and ensure proper resolution to maintain business stability.
