1、有扎实的C/C++基础，网络技术基础，精通TCP、UDP SOCKET编程，熟悉网络编程，三年以上相关工作经验； 2、熟悉SIP协议和ICE协议, 有freeswitch或者asterisk二次开发经验； 3、熟悉LINUX操作系统和docker，有LINUX高性能网络服务器的编程经验； 4、有激情，有担当，执行力强，善于沟通和团队协作； 5、有呼叫中心建设、视频会议、音视频通话、RTC经验优先；
工作职责
1、负责蚂蚁多媒体联络中心核心模块开发，提升平台性能，能够分析链路风险点，建设完整的应急快反能力，保障服务承接稳定性。 2、将语音、视频与智能化能力更好的结合，提升渠道交互体验。
