Within International Risk Management, the B+ Risk Management team is responsible for identifying and managing risk across all to B product processes and countries at Ant International. We’re seeking Risk Strategy professionals who are passionate about data analytics and want to be a part of the evolution for the next generation of risk management. Responsibilities: 1. Support Ant International business growth, ensure the safety of merchant account, manage multiple type of risk such as identity fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over at both merchant and transaction level 2. Act as the expert of risk strategy and decision, leverage quantitative methods to quickly identify fraud events through expert experience and the analysis of historical data, constantly develop, design and implement data-driven risk management framework, strategy and model to mitigate risk 3. In depth understanding of merchant collection, cross-border FX transfers and international payments business, conduct analysis of product performance and monitoring of merchant activities across the customer lifecycle to ensure the balance between risk and customer experience 4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across function such as product and technical teams to ensure risk solution are delivered timely and track the effect of risk solution continuously

Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the fintech/payment industry. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance risk management capabilities. 4. Design and optimize risk models and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks effectively. 5. Provide strategic guidance to the operational teams for proactive risk identification and resolution.

Responsibilities: - Thoroughly analyze various types of data about the user, transaction, etc., excavate risk characteristics - Support the build of a user risk profile including designing a comprehensive user risk quantification strategy for batch registeration, promotion abuse, fraud, and arbitrage etc. - Create a data-driven strategy to support business risk decision-making to ensure the healthy, compliant and sustainable development of international business - Collaborate with teams such as algo, policies, products, technology, and operations to build and improve an AI based merchant quantitative risk management platform, and create merchant security solutions and service products; - Assist risk management team with departmental initiatives and other duties as assigned
