任职要求
1、扎实的java编程基础，精通Java EE、SOA、OSGI等相关技术；对各种开源的框架如SpringBoot等有深入的了解，对框架本身有过开发或重构者可优先考虑； 2、具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力，有3年以上大规模高并发系统设计和开发经验者优先考虑； 3、研发质量意识好，对系统质量有近乎苛刻的要求； 4、较强的表达和沟通能力，具备流利口语沟通优先； 5、深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计，为团队引入创新的技术、创新的解决方案，用创新的思路解决问题； 6、具有支付行业、软件产品化、搜索开放平台和商业化广告研发经验背景的优先考虑。
工作职责
1、深度参与蚂蚁国际化战略，与生态伙伴合作，一带一路技术出海，业务覆盖全球； 2、和海外技术生态对接，主导技术难题攻关，面临跨洲跨国家的技术挑战；持续提升产品的扩展性，降低技术输出的成本； 3、从海外钱包经营者的视角看清楚端增长逻辑，设计数字化运营系统，助力经营决策； 4、设计并建设商业化能力，帮助海外钱包客户增加收入类型与规模； 5、负责技术方案和系统设计评审；把握复杂系统的设计，确保系统的架构质量；对现存或未来系统进行宏观的思考，规划形成统一的框架、平台或组件；
