任职要求
1、熟悉信贷业务流程，对信贷环节中风险识别、客群分层、授信定价计算中涉及到机器学习、运筹优化的技术体系有一定理解。 2、熟悉Java和Python编程，熟悉常用算法及数据结构，熟悉数据仓库模型，有较强的架构设计能力。 3、熟悉常见的数据分析、大数据框架，有百亿级数据秒级负责OLAP的技术框架建设经验，有Hive/Spark/Flink等大数据开发经验 4、熟悉常用的ML/DL/Optimize/大模型/Agent等框架，对ABC-Score、信贷响应、策略运筹等依赖的K8S/计算/GPU框架有一定的理解和开发经验。
工作职责
1、消费信贷决策研发平台的设计和落地，综合利用算法&数据&工程能力，为风控策略专家提供自动化的研发、测算、分析工具，提高决策速度和精度。 2.、基于消费信贷的业务特点，设计和落地可用性高、易用性高的决策部署平台，包括但不限于流程编排、Agent开发、计算加速、耗时优化等。 3、与风控策略专家、算法科学家和数据工程师深度合作，基于强化学习、大模型、多模态数据融合等技术，构建下一代具备自主決策能力的风控智能決策引擎。 4、为亿级用户提供服务的高可用底座，满足金融级别的可用性和百万级吞吐的高并发要求。
