任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in financial management related, more than 5 years of financial work experience, especially has foreign exchange management working experience in banking or in corporation treasury team
2. Fluent in listening, oral, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English
3. Have strong logical thinking ability, strong data sensitivity and analytical ability, and strong ability to discover, analyze and solve problems
4. Good learning ability and business sensitivity, proficient in using EXCEL, PPT and other tools for financial analysis modeling and information chart display工作职责
1. Support Ant International's financial management work in funds business, including financial analysis, budget preparation and management, financial forecasting, project support, etc 2. Understand the foreign exchange business model, the logic of major foreign exchange financial instruments includes but not limited in spot, forward on the market and Ant’s internal data flow 3. Work closely with funds business team, and related product team, understand commercial product and support pricing，setup the pricing review mechanism 4. Identify the key risks cross the wing to wing funds business process, coordinate related parties to implement risk prevention tasks 5. Build up the measurement framework for funds business，identify financial opportunities to improve financial result 6. Support financial modeling for new business model 7. Other ad hoc financial analysis support
1. Setup financial support mechanism to align with blockchain-based business growth under international compliance frameworks 2. Understand the standardized blockchain-based funds product and business model, be able to support Ant International's financial management work with that knowledge, including financial analysis, budget preparation and management, financial forecasting, project support, etc 3. Work closely with business team, and related product team, support commercial blockchain-based product pricing，setup the pricing review mechanism 4. Work closely finance internal team includes but not limited in FOC, reporting tax to ensure blockchain-based product financial compliance at both business unit and legal entity level 5. Support Ant International's financial management work in funds business, including financial analysis, budget preparation and management, financial forecasting, project support, etc 6. Identify the key risks cross the wing to wing funds business process, coordinate related parties to implement risk prevention tasks 7. Research and analysis blockchain industry company’s both business and financial models, build up the measurement framework for blockchain-based business，identify financial opportunities to improve financial result 8. Other ad hoc financial analysis support
• Southeast Asia Credit Business Regional BU Finance: As a financial partner, provide comprehensive financial support to the regional business team, including annual budget support, product solutions and pricing discussions, risk resolution, financial accounting implementation, principal audit, etc. Go deep into the credit business line (such as product design, channel expansion), participate in business meetings and provide feasibility analysis from a financial perspective (such as ROI calculation, cost-benefit model) • Business and financial data foundation construction and maintenance: responsible for mining, construction, tracking and maintaining relevant risk data that affects financial results, establishing a data reporting system, and monitoring loan asset quality • Internal and cross-team collaboration and reporting: fully cooperate with the headquarters BU finance team and various financial functional teams, actively participate in daily operations and project work, and participate in daily collaborative projects and operations. Establish a good cooperative relationship with business, risk control, data, product and other teams to improve the efficiency of data channels;
Monthly Entity Financial Reporting & Monitoring - Prepare standalone financial statements or Management Accounts for local entity - Ensure timely and accurate reporting with a focus on process optimization. Annual Financial Audit & Compliance - Lead annual financial audits, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and company accounting policies. - Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve qualities. Regulatory Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Prepare and monitor regulatory reports for licensed entities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements. - Collaborate with BU Finance, Tax, Treasury, Customer Fund, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements. Cross-functional Leadership - Establish controls and workflows to enhance financial accuracy - Address cross-border reporting challenges in multiple jurisdictions.
1. 负责业务板块的应收、应付、损益、坏账计提等月结工作，保障月结的及时性与准确性； 2. 对接技术与产品，推动结算产品化，降低风险，提高效率； 3. 负责物流费用的收、付结算工作，管理应收应付健康度，完善工作流程，确保准确性和及时性 4. 与其他团队保持良好沟通和协作（如业务团队，BU财务，GL/Reporting团队，税务等），及时发现并跟进解决账务或结算问题； 1. Responsible for monthly settlement of accounts receivable, payable, profit and loss, bad debt provision and other related tasks in the business sector, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of monthly settlement; 2. Integrate technology and products, promote the productization of settlement, reduce risks, and improve efficiency; 3. Responsible for the payment, and settlement of logistics expenses, managing the accounts receivable and payable, improving work processes, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness 4. Maintain good communication and collaboration with other teams (such as business team, BU finance, GL/Reporting team, tax, etc.), promptly identify and follow up on resolving accounting or settlement issues;
