Analyze and optimize mechanisms from a risk control perspective for Ant International's customer experience, merchant services, and security operations, providing sound security and business advice.
Ant International's Compliance and Risk Management Platform actively embraces increasingly stringent regulatory requirements worldwide. We leverage diverse thinking, platform capabilities, and innovative solutions to develop regulatory compliance technology products that serve global mobile payments, safeguarding the company from compliance, privacy, and financial risks. 1. Compliance Intelligence Center Development ● Lead the design and implementation of a global compliance monitoring & interpretation system, utilizing technical solutions (e.g., web crawlers) to track financial regulations, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), custodial fund policies, and other regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. ● Develop structured regulatory analysis tools to generate actionable compliance recommendations, collaborating with compliance teams to drive internal remediation. ● Establish a regulatory risk early-warning mechanism to provide proactive compliance support for global business expansion. 2. Legal Contract Center Development ● Build an end-to-end contract lifecycle management platform covering drafting, approval, signing, performance monitoring, and archiving. ● Partner with legal teams to design intelligent contract review modules (e.g., clause compliance verification, risk clause alerts). ● Create a centralized contract data repository enabling multi-dimensional search and statistical analysis to enhance legal operational efficiency. 3. Risk Assessment Product Development ● Develop enterprise-level risk evaluation tools to standardize requirement review processes (e.g., data security, fund flow analysis, technical compliance). ● Design automated risk assessment models integrating cross-departmental data to balance review efficiency and risk control effectiveness. ● Deliver visualized risk dashboards to facilitate executive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Coordinate with compliance, legal, privacy, and technology teams to implement risk control products across all business lines. ● Continuously monitor payment industry regulatory trends and refine product strategies to address emerging risks.
-Responsible for Alipay+ core product, which is to build payment and digitalization solution to connect users and merchants via e-wallet and acquirers. Besides that, the role will focus on more innovation industry on AI & AR product. -Act as an expert for the product, leads product strategy development and research the global market analysis to discover insights of product innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including external strategic commercial partner and internal business and tech team to deliver high quality product. - Understand payment and digital fintech industry, design product model and user flow, build product capability and integration solution to partner
Responsible for global merchant channel onboarding / registration operations supporting the lines of business: Antom (a leading provider of payment processing services to merchants worldwide via one-stop digital payment solutions) & Alipay+ (a suite of cross-border digital payment and digitalization technology solutions connecting global brands with mobile-savvy consumers worldwide) What you’ll do: • Work closely with stakeholders of Risk Management, Business Development, Account Manager, FI (Financial Institution) business, supporting the merchants’ registration and onboarding operations which is a very key business process before business go-live. Be the first point of contact for every merchant onboarding matter and closely work with various stakeholder teams to resolve any questions or issues from the merchant & business. • Be an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feedback and issues you get back from the merchants and lead the optimization on the operational product and process. • Manage all your daily operational work/projects productively within the agreed SLAs, adhere to the KYB/KYC requirements/guidelines and keep updating the best practices, leading the product and process optimization, driving better and more efficient onboarding experience. • Responsible for cross-functional collaboration with payment channel teams and risk control teams to ensure real-time onboarding requirement synchronization. Key duties include maintaining version-controlled SOP (standard operational process) documentation internally, conducting quality assurance including bi-weekly quality check/mitigation plan & daily case review. • Establish and maintain effective relationships within the all the stakeholders. • Communicate with payment channels via phone, email - where needed - to facilitate to provide a great onboarding experience from operational perspective.
1. CDD/KYC Operations & Compliance - Execute end-to end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants and clients, ensuring adherence to global AML/CFT regulations (e.g., FATF, local regulatory frameworks). - Conduct customer profile assessments, document verification (e.g., entity certificates, UBO identification), and ongoing periodic review etc. - Maintain audit-ready operational records and process document. 2. Operational Efficiency & Automation - Partner with Risk and LCAP Strategy teams to refine KYC/CDD standard, clear bottlenecks and optimize approval rates through data-driven adjustments. - Collaborate with Product/Tech to implement automation tools (e.g., OCR for document processing, RPA/APA for workflow triggers), reducing manual effort - Train frontline staff on CDD/KYC requirements and escalation protocols. - Implementation of Effectiveness Supervision and Inspection: - Identify, evaluate, and monitor various risks in daily business operations. - Conduct special reviews and inspections based on risk. - Timely feedback to management and business departments. Provide data-supported decision-making suggestions. - Offer effective improvement opinions and suggestions to prevent and reduce operational risks in key business and management areas.
