The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- A bachelor degree in any subject or field; strong written and oral communication skills in both English & Chinese
- A minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment (investment banks, PE firms, big 4/ financial services companies, consulting firms, law firms etc.). C-level executive administration experience is a plus
- Proven track record of performance, results, meeting deadlines, successfully managing administrative processes and maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude
- An excellent communicator, have superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both inside and outside the organization in a demeanor that is representative of the leadership team
- A problem-solver, an independent thinker and self-starter with the bandwidth to multi-task; able to deal with ambiguity and drive results without direct accountability.
- Excellent attention to details, a demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of others
- Mature, professional, reliable, and have a strong work ethic; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity
- Comfort and ability to thrive in environments that may present multiple and simultaneous demands for attention; ability to prioritize effectively in these situations
- Ability to learn primary business objectives, and through this understanding, anticipate administrative needs
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and willingness and ability to learn company-specific software or system tools.

工作职责


We are seeking a highly driven Assistant to join our Ant Group Admin team. The individual will be based in Hangzhou.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the executive/Partner of Ant Group. 
• Assume full ownership and maintenance of executive calendar - scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting place and relevant attendees and using good judgment and tact in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed
• Proactively manage communication (Dingtalk messages, emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up); respond to inquiries from the corporate office, global sites, and internal/external stakeholders over multiple time zones
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items inside and outside the team
• Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods and procedures for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes within the team
• Work with different parities to hold corporate and department level events 
• Prepare and coordinate complex and multi-stop travels, including accommodations, transportation, passport/visa requirements etc.
• Provide other general administrative support, including budget management, purchasing, document filing, supplier management etc.
• Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of responsibilities. Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
