The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications and qualities: - A bachelor degree in any subject or field; strong written and oral communication skills in both English & Chinese - A minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment (investment banks, PE firms, big 4/ financial services companies, consulting firms, law firms etc.). C-level executive administration experience is a plus - Proven track record of performance, results, meeting deadlines, successfully managing administrative processes and maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude - An excellent communicator, have superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both inside and outside the organization in a demeanor that is representative of the leadership team - A problem-solver, an independent thinker and self-starter with the bandwidth to multi-task; able to deal with ambiguity and drive results without direct accountability. - Excellent attention to details, a demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of others - Mature, professional, reliable, and have a strong work ethic; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity - Comfort and ability to thrive in environments that may present multiple and simultaneous demands for attention; ability to prioritize effectively in these situations - Ability to learn primary business objectives, and through this understanding, anticipate administrative needs - Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and willingness and ability to learn company-specific software or system tools.
工作职责
We are seeking a highly driven Assistant to join our Ant Group Admin team. The individual will be based in Hangzhou. Key Responsibilities: • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the executive/Partner of Ant Group. • Assume full ownership and maintenance of executive calendar - scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting place and relevant attendees and using good judgment and tact in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed • Proactively manage communication (Dingtalk messages, emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up); respond to inquiries from the corporate office, global sites, and internal/external stakeholders over multiple time zones • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items inside and outside the team • Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods and procedures for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes within the team • Work with different parities to hold corporate and department level events • Prepare and coordinate complex and multi-stop travels, including accommodations, transportation, passport/visa requirements etc. • Provide other general administrative support, including budget management, purchasing, document filing, supplier management etc. • Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of responsibilities. 1、日常财务管理:目标/预算/预测编制与管理,并跟踪业务KPI达成、预算执行过程及结果管理; 2、专业财务支持:与业务共同设计经营模式,对业务方案进行可行性分析与风险评估,并从财务专业角度,设计合规且可落地的财务链路和结算方案,协助业务解决实际问题; 3、分析决策支持:深度参与到业务策略的思考和决策路径中,分析运营及营销策略的投入产出效率,洞察业务经营数据变动的原因,提供财务建议,支持业务决策,并推动执行与落地; 4、风险控制与流程效率优化:对业务流/财务流有专业的理解和判断,帮助新业务在快速发展中规避风险,建设敏捷又合理的流程支持,提升效率,把控风险; 5、财务数据与报表建设:结合上述工作,产出有效的业务管报体系,并完成高效的数据线上化建设,帮助业财双方更好更及时的进行经营分析
1. 日常财务管理:目标/预算/预测编制与管理,并跟踪业务KPI达成、预算执行过程及结果管理; 2. 专业财务支持:与业务共同设计从商流到物流的业财链路,对业务方案进行可行性分析与风险评估,并从财务专业角度,设计合规且可落地的财务方案,支持创新项目落地; 3. 分析决策支持:深度参与到业务策略的思考和决策路径中,把控物流投入的产出效率,建立合理的ROI评估方法;洞察关键指标变动的原因,提供财务优化建议; 4. 成本管控:参与服务商招采流程,评估采购价格合理性;日常监控成本变动,确保物流成本在合理水位,并寻找降本机会点,推动降本动作落地; 5. 风险控制与流程效率优化:对业务流/财务流有专业的理解和判断,帮助业务在快速发展中规避风险,建设敏捷又合理的流程支持,提升效率,把控风险; 6. 财务数据与报表建设:结合上述工作,产出有效的业务管报体系,并完成高效的数据线上化建设,帮助业财双方更好更及时的进行经营分析。
1、负责职场后勤服务及相关管理(包括但不限于消防、保洁、安管、前台、消杀等); 2、负责职场空间设备设施管理、固定资产管理(包括但不限于日常办公经营场所的局部装修改造、日常维修保养、制度修订、日常数据核对、资产报废等); 3、协助公司会议、接待、公司级活动的相关支持工作; 4、差旅管理(高管差旅预定、账单核对等) 5、部门交办的其他临时事项等
