We are seeking an experienced Global CRM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at WorldFirst. This role plays a key part in advancing customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through the strategic use of marketing automation and data-driven communication globally. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Design, and manage CRM campaigns (covering email, SMS, and push notification) in line with the overall marketing calendar and business goals. 2. Create and develop strategies to optimise marketing automation, aiming to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates. 3. Lead and manage the internal team and agency based on OKR and performance to progress towards the objective. 4. Optimise CRM performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous process improvements to enhance open rates, click-through rates, client conversions and overall campaign performance. 5. Identify and create solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate them with other systems. 6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment of CRM assets and campaigns with overall goals.
1. This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing projects to drive brand awareness and acquisition. He/ she will be part of the Emerging Markets Commercial team based in Kuala Lumpur. Being a global team, he/she will have opportunities to collaborate with global and local marketing agencies and WorldFirst internal marketing teams across Australia, SEA, China and UK. 2. Marketing strategy & budgeting – Drive emerging markets acquisitions with the objective of growing the business and lowering the cost per acquisition. 3. Online marketing – Partner with our central marketing team to enhance our WorldFirst Emerging Markets website and optimize SEO/SEM results to target the correct client profile. 4. Partnership marketing & events – Drive field marketing activities across Emerging Markets, support sales and partnership team to build ecosystem partners, develop and run lead generation campaigns and events. 5. Social/ Influencers – Identify and manage agencies to drive KOL-led campaigns; Ideate and execute new ambassador programs and campaigns to build KOL relationships (eg. client-based KOLs or external KOLs). 6. Content- Contribute and build content strategy to drive Emerging Markets localized content (eg. Customer case studies, client testimonies, blog content, co-partnership content, social media content across owned, earned and paid channels) 7. CRM – Send out daily market updates emailers; support the Commercial team in reviewing email journeys to optimize conversions down the funnel
You’ll be responsible for: ● New customers onboarding and activation, existing customers retention and growth, and potential business opportunities development and incubation, via marketing and partnership resources following up and conversion, to achieve desired business objectives; ● Lead and manage your team to establish and maintain a good and solid customer relationship with new clients, mainly via tele and online channels by timely account demands serving, clients portrait collecting and analyzing, and CRM system logging; ● Regularly interact and collaborate with the cross-team to settle down customers' account relevant, BAU jobs and projects as well as ad hoc tasks completion on time.
