1. 深度理解公司全球业务策略、产品路线图及目标客户(跨境电商卖家、外贸企业等)的核心痛点与需求,制定与之匹配的整合营销策略,强化万里汇行业领先的品牌心智。 2. 通过落地包括但不限于峰会、沙龙、发布会等形式。持续洞察及分析跨境电商行业动态与卖家需求,创新丰富内容体验,提升客户参与度和品牌影响力,从而增强客户获取效率、促进重点客户深度合作,提升重点产品推广度。 3. 与海内外团队及不同国家、不同市场的客户、合作伙伴保持密切沟通,推动资源整合与跨境合作,提升客户体验及确保品牌价值的高效传递。 4. 基于数据洞察,持续优化活动内容,用数据驱动营销的持续迭代与优化。
1. 跨境电商卖家圈层活动策划与执行 ● 基于业务策略,策划并落地主要面向跨境电商卖家圈层的线下活动,包括但不限于峰会、沙龙、发布会等形式。持续洞察及分析跨境电商行业动态与卖家需求,创新丰富活动内容,提升客户参与度和活动影响力。 2. 重点客户及产品推广攻坚 ● 聚焦KA(关键大型客户)客户业务诉求,策划活动,助力KA新客户拓展,促进客户深度合作。 ● 深化与现有重点客户的业绩提升及粘性,通过高效的线下互动推动合作升级,加强重点产品推广,加强重点产品推广。
● Oversee operations of worldfirst.com to achieve bar-raising quality and consistency by working closely with UI/UX and technical teams to improve the visual presentation of the brand and website user experience. ● Set goals and KPIs for conversion that help meet broader website and acquisition team goals. ● Lead content and project management efforts for WorldFirst's official website to ensure smooth operations. And manage localization workflows for website content, ensuring timely and accurate translations, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity. Adapt website designs, layouts, and user interfaces to accommodate different languages and cultural preferences. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to plan, create, and modify content assets for the website. ● Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute and track the performance of initiatives.
We are seeking a professional Brand and Content Manager to join our global marketing team in Shanghai, China. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with WorldFirst's brand identity, ensuring all content produced across various channels consistently reflects the brand's voice, values, and messaging, while also managing the creation and distribution of that content to engage the target audience and achieve marketing goals. ● Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive message house and content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand strategy. Identify target audiences and tailor content to their needs and interests. Research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategy. ● Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content across various formats including brand content, product content, tutorials, customer stories, etc to communicate brand messages. ● Content calendar management: Planning and scheduling content releases across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement. ● Content optimization: Ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and relevant to the target audience. ● Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working closely with social, KOL, paid, website, and PR to integrate brand messaging across all initiatives, and maximize the value of content created. ● Performance analysis and reporting: Tracking key metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
1. 负责策划、组织和执行万里汇WorldFirst在中国区的各类活动,如线下闭门沙龙、线下展会、行业研讨会、品牌推广活动等,提升品牌形象加强市场影响力,加深客户关系维护。 2. 能够支持海外区域市场的线下活动落地,包括活动策略,物料设计,内容支持等输出,最佳实践的分享等。 3. 结合业务目标和市场需求,制定线下活动策略,确保活动与公司整体市场战略相契合,并达到预期效果,监控活动预算,严格控制成本,确保最高的投资回报率(ROI)。 4. 同市场部门其他职能团队紧密合作,确保活动宣传策略与公司其他营销活动同步,并有效传递公司品牌信息。 5. 管理和协调与各类供应商如场地、设计、物料制作、演讲嘉宾等的合作,确保活动顺利进行。 6. 跟踪并评估活动效果,收集反馈信息用于未来活动策略的优化与改进。 7. 万里汇活动和周边礼品设计、制作、管理和发放,促进品牌宣传和客户关系维护。
