Job Summary As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will act as the primary technical partner for our customers, ensuring the successful deployment, optimization, and long-term value realization of our distributed database platform. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and customer business goals, leading high-stakes migrations, performance tuning, and architectural design for mission-critical production environments. Key Responsibilities ● End-to-End Delivery: Lead the technical implementation, from pre-deployment architecture planning and capacity assessment to production cutover and migration validation. ● Architectural Advisory: Design high-availability, scalable database architectures that align with customer business requirements and technical standards (On-premises or Cloud environments). ● Performance Engineering: Partner with customer engineering teams to ensure their databases run at peak efficiency, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for end-users. ● Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver customized technical workshops, whitepapers, and operational best practices to empower customer core DBA and engineering teams. ● Crisis Management & Advocacy: Act as the technical lead during production incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews. Serve as the "voice of the customer" to provide actionable feedback to our Engineering and Product teams.

1. Own overall revenue and logo acquisition goals for Thailand 2. Recruit, lead and replicate sales capabilities to sales team to meet company revenue and logo acquisition goals for Thailand 2. Collaborate with partner team to acquire partners and fulfill wider ecosystem goals in Thailand 3. Collaborate with marketing for Thailand based marketing events and be the representative person in Thailand to represent Oceanbase in industry events 4. Able to leverage existing senior customer contacts and ecosystem relationships preferably in FSI, Fintech, Payments and digital native companies.
