任职要求


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
5+ years of experience in Database Administration (DBA), Backend Engineering, or Infrastructure Consulting.
Advanced SQL expertise and deep understanding of query optimizers and storage engine internals.
Strong Linux systems engineering background (performance profiling for CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, and Network).
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud database architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Soft Skills:
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

工作职责


Job Summary
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will act as the primary technical partner for our customers, ensuring the successful deployment, optimization, and long-term value realization of our distributed database platform. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and customer business goals, leading high-stakes migrations, performance tuning, and architectural design for mission-critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Delivery: Lead the technical implementation, from pre-deployment architecture planning and capacity assessment to production cutover and migration validation.
● Architectural Advisory: Design high-availability, scalable database architectures that align with customer business requirements and technical standards (On-premises or Cloud environments).
● Performance Engineering: Partner with customer engineering teams to ensure their databases run at peak efficiency, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for end-users.
● Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver customized technical workshops, whitepapers, and operational best practices to empower customer core DBA and engineering teams.
● Crisis Management & Advocacy: Act as the technical lead during production incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews. Serve as the "voice of the customer" to provide actionable feedback to our Engineering and Product teams.
