任职要求
1. 熟悉搜索、推荐、广告、排序、检索增强等基础方法，理解召回、粗排、精排、重排等典型链路；
2. 具备较强的效果分析、实验设计和问题定位能力，有搜索、推荐或广告算法相关经验者优先；
3. 对大模型（LLM）原理及应用有实践热情，关注LLM/AIGC在搜索、推荐、广告领域的应用，有NLP/多模态/强化学习经验者优先；
4. 拥有Kaggle/ACM竞赛奖项、国际顶级会议论文、知名GitHub开源项目等公开成果者优先。
