任职要求 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历; 2. 深入理解 Transformer 架构及 SFT / RLHF / DPO / PPO / GRPO 等核心算法;熟悉 AI Agent 关键技术(如复杂规划、工具调用、记忆机制、RAG及多智能体系统等); 3. 编码与工程能力: * 熟练掌握 Python 和 PyTorch,具备分布式训练(多机多卡调优)经验;有高性能计算开发经验(如CUDA编程、SIMD指令优化)者更佳; * 算法与数据结构功底扎实,能针对 LLM 场景优化核心算法(如Attention计算、KV Cache管理)的时空复杂度; * 熟悉代码调试与性能分析工具(如 gdb/pdb, Nsight Systems, PyTorch Profiler); 4. 学术与科研能力: * 以第一作者在 NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL 等顶会或顶刊(CCF-A类)发表过论文; * 获国际级学术或竞赛奖项者优先(如顶会Best Paper、ACM/ICPC金牌、Kaggle Master等); 5. 实践经验(加分项): 有头部科技公司或知名 AI 实验室大模…
