工作职责
1、ERP 搭建：主导供应链模块（进销存/售后）的流程设计、系统上线及迭代优化。 2、售后统筹：管理退货逆向流、质量索赔及异常闭环，降低损耗。 3、物流管控：优化收发物流方案，监控时效与成本，确保库存准确。
