Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、工程等相关专业；
2. 3年及以上互联网信贷领域或金融科技公司工作经验；熟悉信贷类资产（消费贷、经营贷、供应链金融等）的底层逻辑与风险特征；具备境内外资产发行方资源，有成功案例者优先；
3. 优秀的中英文商务谈判、沟通协调及项目推进能力，具备良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神；有Web3从业及项目经验者优先。
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
