工作描述
任职要求 1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、生物医学工程等相关专业； 2.扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟练掌握 Python，精通 PyTorch 框架，具备良好的工程化落地能力； 3.具备大模型训练实战经验，包括预训练、SFT、RLHF/DPO等后训练流程中至少一个环节的完整项目经验； 4.对医疗本体有较深理解，具体包括： （1）熟悉医疗文书逻辑与规范（如入院记录、病程记录、出院小结、手术记录等文书结构与书写要求）； （2）了解医疗影像基础，熟悉 DICOM 协议及医学影像数据处理流程； （3）具备一定的临床医学基础知识，能够理解医疗业务场景需求并转化为算法方案； 5.优先考虑（满足其一即可）： （1）有医疗大模型（如病历生成、医学问答、辅助诊断等）的完整研发或落地经验； （2）参与过医疗 ToB 产品（HIS、EMR…
