工作描述

Qualifications
● 熟悉全球支付行业监管合规框架，包括牌照条件、公司治理、资本充足性、客户资金保障、监管报送、外包管理、第三方风险等相关要求；
● 5年以上大型支付机构、金融科技公司、咨询公司或审计机构合规、内部审计或风险管理相关工作经验，具有合规测试或二线监督职能经验者优先；
● 有从零搭建合规测试与监控框架、合规仪表盘或自动化测试与监控机制经验者优先；
● 中英文流利，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与全球跨区域、跨职能团队合作，并有效推动问题解决；
● 大学本科及以上学历；持有专业认证（ICA、CIA、CPA、FRM等）者优先考虑；

● Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks in the global payments industry, including requirements relating to licensing conditions, corporate governance, capital adequacy, customer funds safeguarding, regulatory reporting, outsourcing management, and third-party risk;
● At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management at a large payment institution, fintech company, consulting firm, or audit firm; experience in compliance testing or second-line oversight functions is preferred;
● Experience in building compliance testing and monitoring frameworks, compliance dashboards, or automated testing and monitoring mechanisms from scratch is preferred;
● Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with global, cross-regional, and cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution;
● Bachelor’s degree or above; professional certifications such as ICA, CIA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.
