Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Business, Finance, Economics, marketing and etc. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. Language Proficiency
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing), as well as Cantonese. 
- Fluent in English/local languages (speaking, listening, reading, writing) – able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, translate complex documents, and facilitate cross-cultural meetings.
3. Work Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a China Desk role, international business, cross-border liaison, or China/HK market-related position (experience in the PSP industry is a plus), Internal transfer is more preferred. 
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-border activities, engaging with Chinese stakeholders, and strong willingness in drive business 
4. Core Competencies
- Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (global and China).
- Deep knowledge of Long Tail & HK business culture, market dynamics, regulatory framework, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
