Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, finance, management science, computer science, or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in data analysis and risk policy. Experience in server-side payment, banking, credit card institutions, card networks, or internet companies is preferred.
3. Proficient in applying AI capabilities to solve real-world risk control problems.
4. Skilled in data mining algorithms, using analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, R, and Python.
5. Strong business risk insight combined with analysis and problem-solving skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to efficiently drive business objectives forward.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or Spanish; overseas work or study experience is preferred.
